White Chicken Chili – so warm, so yummy! It’s easy to prepare and full of good, delicious canned food.
How to make the 'warm luck in a bowl'
It’s simple to make and easily done in a mere 30 minutes. Isn’t that cool (or warm :))? Take a saucepan and heat some oil in it. When it’s hot enough add onions, celery and garlic. But guys: Stay concentrated! You have to cook the ingredients for about 5 minutes and stir it occasionally.

After cooking this for another minute add chicken, white beans, hominy, chicken broth, green chilies, salt and pepper. Wow, it smells fantastic already! Bring the whole mix to a boil. Then reduce the heat on low level, cover the pan and let everything simmer for 10 minutes to blend the flavors. And again: Stir it occasionally.
