We, at Cans for Life, have got a thing for upcycling and recycling. By adopting the Circular Economy Package, EU institutions finally agreed on new waste rules that push forward the concept of “reduce, reuse, recycle,” as well as waste avoidance. And we couldn’t be more delighted.
The Circular Economy Package introduced a fundamental shift in packaging and packaging waste policy, making circularity the reference point. This is critical for a successful transition to a circular economy, in which the value of products, materials, and resources is maintained in the economy for as long as possible.
