Do you love smoothies as much as we do? We just can’t get enough of them. There are a lot of recipes for smoothies – but not all are easy to prepare. Today we want to show you an easy smoothie recipe, which is perfect for those who are new in the smoothie business.
What Do You Need
- 1 can of mango
- A few spoons of yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
- A very good blender or a smoothie maker
What Do You Have to Do
First of all you have to open a can of mango. (That’s a tough one, isn’t it?)
Afterwards you peel the ginger. Our tip: it is a lot easier to rub off the skin by using a teaspoon than to cut it with a knife. (Are you already drenched in sweat?)
Now the most difficult part: You have to put everything (canned mango including the mango water, peeled ginger, honey and ice cubes) into your blender and blend it for a few minutes. After that your mango ginger smoothie is ready to drink. Wait – that’s it? Yeah, that’s it. Wasn’t that as easy as we said?
By the way: Did you know that mangos contain no citric acid? That makes them perfect for people who suffer from heartburn.
